Reached by about 2km of dirt track, steep in parts, along the Torvizcon tributary to the Rio Guadalfeo, and located on a east facing hillside on the west of the tributary valley , two large ( 1.95 and 1.15 hectares) adjacent plots of land, in parts gently sloping, in parts steep hillside, planted, mostly, with almond trees, but also with some figs and olives. The land has its own spring, and a small cortijo of about 60sq.m. is sited at the edge of the levellest part of the land. There are very good views across the valley to the east, and to the north and south. ii
