With the northern edge only 150 m from the town , and the midpoint 700 m by the main road, that runs through the land, a large ( 110,000 sq.m. in seven contiguous plots) tract of hillside land, classified as irrigated pasture and a small part agricultural land, with abundant water from the acequia de Castaras. The land extends down, at one point, to the rio Trevellez ( a trout river). There is a 70 sq.m. ruin on the land, and permission can be obtained to build more. There is an LT line close by. On the road running through the land is a viewpoint built by the town hall. The municipal cemetery is situated on the land, at its south western edge.
