Located at 950m above sea level, above and behind Lanjaron, and reached by 4km of good track ( the first 3km cement and asphalt) from the main road to Lanjaron, three adjacent plots of land, in all 11,000 sq.m. The land is terraced hillside olive land for the most part ( ten terraces, about 100 olive trees). On each of two of the plots is a ruined 60 sq.m. cortijo, within a few paces of each other, with a threshing floor ( era) adjacent, and a mule track passing by. For one of these ruins the owner has obtained a licence to restore into a one bedroom cortijo.
There is a high tension line within 200m, and low tension is projected to come to the area. At the top of the land is a large water deposit (150,000 l), which supplies irrigation water to this finca and two adjacent ones.
The views from the land are spectacular... the Lecrin valley, Lanjaron, the sea, and on a clear day the Rif mountains of Morrocco.
